CE Marking — Verification of Compliance

ECM (European Conformity) · Third-party verified

Our ISBM and IBM machines carry CE marking verified by an accredited third-party body, confirming compliance with European machinery safety directives. The ECM certificate covers machine models HGY-AS-2C100, HGY-ES-2C100 and related series, and is fully verifiable against the certificate number. CE compliance ensures the machines meet the health, safety and environmental protection standards required for import and operation across Europe and CIS markets including Russia.

National Utility Model Patents — Machine Structure

National Intellectual Property Administration, P.R. China

Henggang holds multiple registered utility model patents covering key mechanical innovations in blow molding machine design — including turntable rotation mechanisms, mold clamping structures, dual-servo clamping systems and energy-saving heating configurations. These patents represent genuine R&D investment and protect proprietary design advantages that improve machine reliability, precision and energy efficiency.

National Utility Model Patents — Process Innovation

National Intellectual Property Administration, P.R. China

Additional patents cover process-level innovations including nano far-infrared energy-saving heating rings, ASB mold compatibility interfaces, pressurised mold clamping systems and high-precision temperature conditioning station designs. These represent the technical depth behind features that directly benefit customers — lower energy consumption, compatibility with existing tooling, and higher bottle quality consistency.

Japanese ASB Mold Compatibility Verification

Verified against Nissei ASB mold interface standards

Our 4-station ISBM machines are engineered and verified to accept Japanese Nissei ASB molds directly — including ASB-12M, ASB-70DPH and ASB-250 interface specifications. Customers with existing ASB tooling can install molds without modification, with machine parameters pre-confirmed for compatibility. This verification is documented and available for technical review prior to purchase.

Why Choose Our Technology

In-Depth Look at Our One-Step ISBM Advantages

Going beyond basic features. Discover how our One-step injection stretch blow molding machine transforms energy efficiency, product quality, and production flexibility for your packaging line.

Up to 40% Energy Saved

Superior Energy Efficiency

Unlike two-step reheat processes, our one-step machine retains the residual heat of the injection preform and uses it directly for stretch blow molding — eliminating the secondary reheating stage entirely. This reduces electricity consumption by up to 40% per production cycle and lowers the carbon footprint of your packaging operation.

Biaxial Orientation

Enhanced Physical Properties

The stretch stage aligns polymer molecules in both axial and radial directions — a process called biaxial orientation. This dramatically improves the finished bottle's compression resistance, gas barrier performance, drop-impact strength and optical clarity compared to non-stretched injection blow molding. The result is a lighter bottle with superior structural performance.

±0.1mm Wall Tolerance

Dimensional Stability & Precision

The continuous closed-loop cycle from injection through to ejection eliminates intermediate handling and reheating variability. Wall thickness distribution is controlled within tight tolerances, and neck dimensions remain consistent across every cavity and every shift — making this process the preferred choice for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food-grade containers where dimensional compliance is mandatory.

Near-Zero Scrap

High Material Utilisation

Because the preform is injected directly to final neck dimensions with no gate runner or sprue, virtually no material is wasted in the molding cycle. There is no flash, no tail trim (on 3-station models), and no reject preforms from a separate process step. Combined with a compact machine footprint and low operator headcount, this delivers the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in its class.

Seamless 4-Station Process

Injection, conditioning, stretch blow molding and ejection are completed in one continuous rotary cycle — no intermediate storage, no preform transfer, no reheating.

  • Injection

Molten resin is injected into the cavity over a core rod, forming a precisely dimensioned preform with the final neck geometry already locked in. No gate runner — zero material waste at this stage.

  • Conditioning / Temperature Equalisation

The preform rotates to a conditioning station where its temperature profile is precisely equalised. On 3-station machines, the preform retains injection heat directly. This step is critical for uniform wall distribution in complex or thick-walled bottles.

  • Stretch Blow Molding

A stretch rod extends axially while high-pressure air inflates the preform radially to the final bottle shape. Biaxial molecular orientation achieved here gives the bottle superior strength, clarity and barrier properties.

  • Ejection

Finished bottles are automatically removed from the blow station by a mechanical take-out arm and conveyed for downstream filling, labelling or packing — with no manual handling required.

Customer Testimonials

What Our Customers Say

Real feedback from production managers and procurement teams who have integrated our ISBM and IBM machines into their packaging lines.

Switching suppliers is always a risk, but this was seamless. The machine accepted our legacy Japanese ASB molds without any modification — saving us over $60,000 in re-tooling costs. Installation was completed in four days and the first production batch met our dimensional spec on the second trial. For a cosmetics line running PETG bottles, the wall thickness consistency is exactly what we needed.

M. Petrov

Production Director
Moscow Packaging Ltd., Russia

Cosmetics

We produce PP medicine bottles for hospital supply — GMP compliance is non-negotiable. The ZQ80 IBM machine delivers zero flash and consistent neck dimensions across all 20 cavities, which eliminated our manual inspection bottleneck. The local Russian support team responded within hours when we had a parameter question during commissioning. That kind of after-sales access is rare with Chinese equipment suppliers.

E. Volkova

Head of Procurement
PharmaPack LLC, St. Petersburg

Pharma

We run Tritan reusable drinkware for the retail market — clarity and scratch-free surfaces are critical for shelf appeal. The HGY150-V4-EV fully servo machine produces crystal-clear bottles with invisible parting lines. Compared to our previous two-step reheat line, energy consumption dropped noticeably and changeover between bottle sizes is significantly faster. The investment paid back faster than projected.
